Sewing is a skill that I have picked up from a variety of different people, places, and experiences. It’s what connects me to my grandmother who was also a seamstress and I have always felt an inclination to not only learn the craft but continue it in my career. Since following this path I have met so many wonderful women who have been amazing mentors to me. In 2023 I graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design, earning a BFA in Textiles and Fashion Design. During my time at SCAD I have also acquired a number of other skills such as print design, weaving, and dyeing. To learn more about me, see the experience tab at the top of this page.
